30th Anniversary Gala featuring Renée Fleming


The 30th Anniversary Gala featuring Renée Fleming is on Sunday, August 3 at the Sun Valley Pavilion.  One of the most beloved and celebrated musical ambassadors of our time, soprano Renée Fleming captivates audiences with her sumptuous voice, consummate artistry, and compelling stage presence. It will be a glorious evening!

Tickets for the seats inside the Pavilion are SOLD OUT!  Lawn tickets are still available online for $75.  To purchase lawn tickets for $250 which includes the pre-concert cocktail reception, please call the Symphony office at 208-622-5607.

If you do not have your tickets printed yet, please check your email history (and your junk email box) and look for an email from: orders@tix.com, open the email and scroll down to Order Details where it states Delivery Method and click on the “Click here to print your E-Tickets.” Note there will be one ticket per page. This is a shine (or rain) event.  Please be aware of the weather and dress accordingly.

GALA EVENING SCEDULE

3:30 P.M. Pavilion Ticket Office opens
Will Call tickets will be available for pickup.  Lawn tickets will be sold until 7:00 PM.  Renée Fleming CDs and low back Symphony lawn chairs will be on sale both prior to and immediately following the concert.

5:00 P.M.  Sun Valley Pavilion opens
Ushers will be there to help you locate your seats.

5:00 P.M. Cocktail Reception, Sun Valley Lodge Terrace ($250 to $1,000 ticket holders)
Ushers will be there to greet you and issue your Cocktail Reception wristband (be sure to bring your tickets to the Cocktail Reception).

5:00 P.M. Lawn opens
Entrances are next to the Pavilion Ticket Office, the East entrance (by West Lake Road) and at the side and back of the lawn.  The entrance next to the Pavilion Ticket Office may be very busy at 6:00 P.M.  If you arrive at 6:00 P.M. please use the East, side or back of the Lawn entrance.  Picnics are welcome on the lawn for the Gala performance.  The Big Screen will be on.  Please consider leaving your pet at home for this special Gala evening. 

6:30 P.M. Gala Performance begins
You can help ensure the concert starts on time by finding your seat in the Sun Valley Pavilion well before 6:30 P.M.  Please silence your digital devices.  The concert will end at 8:00 P.M. Please remember there is no glass allowed inside the Pavilion, and no audio, video or photography during the concert.

Reserved seat inside the Sun Valley Pavilion. $75 Sun Valley Pavilion LAWN SEATING. To celebrate the 30th Anniversary, a limited number of tickets for the Pavilion Lawn will be available. The Big Screen will be on and picnics are welcome. Every person must have a ticket. Lawn opens at 5:00 PM.


$1,000 Sponsor Tickets. This ticket includes your reserved seat, 5:00 PM Cocktail Reception on the Sun Valley Lodge Terrace, VIP parking, complimentary CD, recognition in the 30th Anniversary Gala program and an exclusive post-concert dinner at the Grill at Knob Hill with the opportunity to meet Renée Fleming.
